All staff working for NHS Leicestershire County and Rutland try to provide the best possible service to the people in our area. However, sometimes things do go wrong and you might not be happy with the treatment you, a friend, a neighbour or a member of your family has received.

 

If you wish to make a complaint about a local NHS service, please speak to a member of staff at that particular service. Alternatively, you can contact a member of our complaints team, or complete a complaint form. This form will be directed to our complaints department and a member of the complaints team will contact you about this within five working days.

 

Every complaint is taken seriously and treated confidentially. Making a complaint will not affect your future care or treatment.
