Registering

To register your service for the You're Welcome quality accreditation, can you please complete the below registration form and questionnaire and forward to Carmen Jenkins carmen.jenkins@lcr.nhs.uk

Once you have registered your service, Carmen Jenkins will contact you to get you started with the you're welcome toolkit.

Process for accreditation

1. Read through the you're welcome quality criteria on the You're Welcome tab at the left hand side of this page, benchmark yourselves against the criteria by completing the Service Questionnaire
2. Register your service and forward the completed form and questionnaire to Carmen Jenkins.
3. Arrange a visit from Carmen Jenkins, at your convenience where more will be explained about you're welcome process for accreditation
4. Carmen Jenkins will help you co-ordinate your mystery shoppers and direct towards resources which may be needed for completion of the toolkit.
5. Your completed toolkit will then go to the desktop verification panel, if you are one of the ones chosen for a verification assessment visit (20% of services) this will take place approximately 3-4 weeks after the initial submission to the desktop verification team
6. Once the visit has taken place and you liaised with young people eg; mystery shop, your toolkit will go to the validation panel and then to the regional panel for final assessment
7. You will receive notification from the panel whether you have been successful with your accreditation
