Mystery shopper
The mystery shopper project is an assessment tool for young people to ensure services are meeting their needs. It is planned and led by young people.
The aim is to support health providers to:

gain confidence in their service and ensure they are meeting the needs of young people

have the opportunity to attract more young people to their service

access training opportunities
-
'get it right' for young people
